Order any 2 or more pancakes directly through our website: no1pancake.co.nz, or in store, and get a 10% discount (excludes drinks)! This promotion will run until the 4th of December 2021 (Saturday). Promotional Terms & Conditions:
- These terms apply to the Rosedale Opening Promotion (at times referred to as “promotion”).
- By participating in the promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions as specified below.
- This promotion is only open to customers of No 1 Pancake residing in New Zealand, who have placed an order for two or more pancakes physically in-store or directly through the URL “https://no1pancake.co.nz”.
- The Rosedale Opening Promotion will offer a 10% discount on the total transaction amount of any single order (excluding drinks but including pancakes and extras relating to pancakes) that contains two or more pancakes.
- The discount will not be applied to drinks.
- The promotion will be valid for the operating hours as stated on the website (no1pancake.co.nz), unless we run out of ingredients on the day, at which point the promotion will end for that day until the next operating day.
- The promotion will end at 7:30 pm on the 4th of December, 2021, or if the ingredients run out on the day (whichever comes first). We will make a concerted effort to inform our customers if we do run out of ingredients before 7:30 pm on the last day.
- The discount of 10% on the total transaction amount of an order (including pancakes and extras but excluding drinks) shall apply only to individual orders (separate transactions) that contain at least two, or more than two, pancakes (either sweet or savoury) per order.
- Any two separate orders that contain less than two pancakes each cannot be retroactively combined to form an order of two or more pancakes, and thus will not be eligible for the promotion.
- All decisions made by No. 1 Pancake relating to this promotion are final, and no further discussions will be entered into.
- No. 1 Pancake reserves the right to cancel or change any or all terms and conditions at any time. The purpose of this clause is to protect ourselves from any abuse.
- Excluding liability to which we are legally bound, No. 1 Pancake will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, or injury incurred by participating in this promotion in any way.
