history
Our journey starts way back in 2010
Our Story
Since we immigrated to New Zealand in 1994, we’ve been on the lookout for ways to introduce Kiwis to Korean food and culture.
We opened No.1 Pancake on Lorne Street in Auckland, working hard to continue a legacy since 2004 and fill the city with the delicious taste of ho-tteok (a popular pancake-shaped Korean street snack).
In 2021, we moved our shop from the CBD to Rosedale. Now, we’re building a network of stores to reach out to customers all across Auckland.
No.1 Pancake is dedicated to producing high quality, tasty products we would be happy to feed to our own friends and family. We look forward to seeing you enjoy the same service and taste of No.1 Pancake here as elsewhere.
